Not sure how to do this unless the memory is accessible via the Apple
II itself (? is it mapped onto some range of addresses?  or is that
just the I/O lines?)

Also, the cover on the EPROM has probably been gone for ages but it has
been stored in a dark drawer most of the time.

I'd be curious to see what is on there as well!
