Or the Apple IIc PAL modulator. It was a box which clipped onto the
video expansion port and gave PAL composite and RF video out.
That said, finding an NTSC monitor would probably be a lot easier. As
far as I'm aware all the composite colour monitors Apple sold for the
Apple II were NTSC, even the ones sold outside the NTSC countries.
