In an Apple ][ plus, the DOS INT command would result in a LANGUAGE
NOT AVAILABLE error if INTBasic wasn't available in either ROM or
Language card.

In a original INTBasic Apple ][, issuing the DOS FP command without
ROM or Language card based Applesoft available, would have DOS look
for a copy of the cassette Applesoft under the file name APPLESOFT.
If found it would load it with DOS still attached.
