It's not built into a joystick, but Atari (version whatever of the 
company name) sells the Atari Flashback Console. It's basically an Atari 
7800 with a bunch of 2600 and 7800 games built in. Current price from 
their store is US$28.95.

Oh my... I Just looked at their web site. The Atari Flashback 2 is 
modelled after the Atari 2600, complete with wood grain panels and two 
super-crappy joysticks.
