My suggestion would be to use a program that can export to different formats 
or use a format that has some life left to it.

OrCAD would be a good choice.  Of course at $8000 it's a bit much. 
ISOHunt.com Torrent anyone?  I think I have v10.  Pain in the butt to learn 
though.
