I figured if I used the update, it might reset the program, so I gave it a try. Don't know if the levels of access are still there, but fortunately, the program is shut off. Went into the Extensions Manager to make sure the At Ease startup was disabled. Anyway, I now have full access to my Mac without losing any software.
That's cool, I'm going to call you next time I get one of those buggers... :)
