Well, the code could go in the 1MB of program rom, and you'd need at most
some 1.8KB of the ram for the data buffer.

The ram's tight, but it can be done. Don't expect any performance though.

Anyway, the site als states:

"W55V95 (under development) supports external ROM and RAM for expanded
program and graphics patterns space for advanced products. It is also ideal
for cartridge-based TV toy applications."

Sounds a lot more interesting than a NES-on-a-chip.
