I swear, this thing is like a Chinese Puzzle box. I did get access to the student level, but all I can really do with that is go through some of the encyclopedias installed and use Netscape. Might be able to use that to download the system software, but I'd like to try getting around At Ease first. I'll keep trying. Thanks again, everyone, for the advice. Ralph Glatt
