SHK files are actually file archives, not disk images. If you want to use
ADT I would suggest finding a way to add the SHK files to a disk image on
the PC end... and I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Cider Press
can do that for you. Of course you'll need ShrinkIt to decompress the
archives on the Apple 2.
