Have you tried CrossWorks?  It is available on the web and can
be used to transfer files with and without "conversions" for
known file types.  It has both a PC and an Apple component,
like ADT.


Thanks Michael! It may be exactly what I'm after! Actually searching for such a utility is difficult (what do you ask...). Just downloaded it from apple2.org.za will try it soon.

I agree--searching for a program by function is best done on csa2.  ;-)
