Thanks for taking the time to read this.
I have been thinking about how to step and trace 6502 instructions in
the $0000-$9600 that make calls to applesoft routines.
Simple No !
I would like to be able to output the results to a text file or log the
results some way.
First thought is A real Apple II with a printer or serial card attached
to a second machine logging all output.
Then I think... The II Rom won't step or trace FP calls. When you Switch
to FP the II+ Rom (F8) Image replaces the II Rom (F8).
Now I'm thinking Apple II Language/Firmware Card.. Let,s me Boot the II
Rom (F8) and Switch in FP or INT Basic. Now I do have a
Language/Firmware Card here. But before I set this all up I am Wondering
if you may have a simple way of Stepping/Tracing AppleSoft calls from
the System Monitor?
Thanks for your thoughts.
