The Apple part numbers are A0076LL/A and 942-1924A on the cardboard box
my card came in. The card itself is marked `Apple II 3.5" Disk
Controller Card APPLE COMPUTER (C) 1991 820-0500-A' along the top edge
and `ASSY: 630-4525-_____' along the bottom edge. The rear of the card
has the FCC ID: BCGA0076 and the serial number/barcode sticker.

I was interested to read that the BlueDisk kit on Ebay (Item number:
5854040050) has twelve hundred and six surface mount components. This
seems somewhat high...
