It's rather difficult to tell from the picture taken, but assuming it
has the light grey drive latch and keyboard (incidentally the grey
keyboard is very clicky feeling; audibly as well) chances are good
it's a memory expandable IIc--ROM 3.
The model number for the memory expandable IIc is "A2S4100".
My particular late model IIc has this model number on a sticker label,
but I recall many had it modeled into the case plastic (no sticker).
Here's some very distinct examples of the two keyboard colors:
Original beige:

Newer Grey:

The one in the auction photograph could go either way. Remember
the keyboard/latch color, or even model number on the case is not a
guarantee of what revision the machine is. The motherboard could've
been dealer swapped during its lifetime. Unlikely, but I'm mentioning it.
One interesting thing to point out. The lower auction photo shows
an original IIc powersupply (note the beige plug connectors) and the
original manual set and diskettes. It also includes the RF modulator
for the Video Expansion port, which only came with the original IIc.
The newer disks and manual were more plain looking, mostly white.
I'm leaning towards it being an older ROM '255' or '0' IIc, especially
if the model number is "A2S4000".
