Thanks for all the advice, guys.

Since I don't have plans to print from the GS, and since I'm copying
files from a HUGE collection of 5.25 inch disks, and since (for now)
I'm pretty much exclusively using 8-bit software, I've put the
SuperDrive controller in Slot 1.
