It's hard to figure out what to download because the MinGW guys screwed
up the download page.

To get the "current" MinGW stuff you need MSYS-1.0.10.exe and
MinGW-4.1.1.exe, but they removed the link to the MinGW download from the
"current" section.  You can grab bits and pieces of stuff, but it's hard
to just find the base MinGW goodies.
