With a "normal" 16K language card there is a flying lead down to where one
of the RAM chips goes, the RAM chip is removed and put onto the 16K card.
(This I assume is to get access to the RAS/CAS signals)
Have you got to do something similar with the 80 column card?
Other than that all of the slots are basically identical.
