  One of the handicapped mods I used to do for a couple of my customers
back in the day, was to take the CONTROL and SHIFT keys and put
caps-lock keyswitches in the keyboard.  These were for quads who could
only type with one hand, and used a stick.  Hard to type out a $ when
you can't press two keys at once.

  I had several blind customers that used to use Apple ][+ and //e's.
One was even a full time reporter for the local paper.
