Ultima IV has a setup option for two Mockingboards, but I believe that
is only if you have two Sound I Mockingboards, each with one AY-3-8910
chip.  I have heard no evidence that it takes advantage of more than
two AY-3-8910 chips, regardless of board configuration.

Really, only Ultima V can take advantage more than two AY-3-8910 chips
and as far as my ears can tell, only for one song which only needs a
third AY-3-8910 chip to sound best.
