The Commodore 64 version did not have any SID music, unlike Ultima V,
which did only on a Commodore 128. I am not sure that even the
Commodore 128 could have provided music if the issue was one of
performance and not RAM.
As for the graphics, it is a quite a downward conversion from 256-color
to 6-colors. Also, the Apple II only has a variable 140-280 color
horizontal pixels compared to the 320 color horizontal pixels of a PC.
I would speculate that they would have looked like less-colorful
Commodore 64 graphics, which had a 160 color horizontal pixel
resolution.
