Apple II Software <Games>

Was recently TRYING to do some digging around to locate some old 
software for the Apple II written by a <then teenage> friend of mine who 
is WAY to busy with other projects to dig up these old programs.

No luck googling for the following:

Shadowgate    	John Carmack    	Night Owl Productions    	1989
Wraith    	    	John Carmack    	Night Owl Productions    	1989

I know Carmack also wrote three games titled Dark Designs I-III, which 
are in the Softdisk archives.  The two games above he wrote while still 
living in Raytown, MO before moving to Shreveport, LA to work for the 
gaming group forming at Softdisk.

They of course went on form Id Software and become fabulously wealthy 
and famous..

I still have my copy of the Shadowgate Master I used when I was doing 
data testing, but am not sure if it was a "final" copy.

Anyone have links to any of these?
