Wraith should be on Asimov, IIRC. Don't know about Shadow gate.
I know Carmack also wrote three games titled Dark Designs I-III, which are in the Softdisk archives. The two games above he wrote while still living in Raytown, MO before moving to Shreveport, LA to work for the gaming group forming at Softdisk.
The Dark Design series was distributed in SoftDisk. You can purchase SoftDisk from Syndicomm.
