Intel i860, introduced on February 27, 1989.  Intel's first 64-bit
microprocessor, which everyone has (mercifully) forgotten.  Also was
Intel's first superscalar microprocessor, predating the Pentium by four

Absolutely right!  Another case of repressed memory.  ;-)
