I started to install a MemorySaver in my new (new to me, anyway) IIGS.
I got it with 8 AA NiCad batteries, and wanted to get new ones. I saw
NiMH AA rechargables at a loacl store, and was wondering if they can
be used instead of NiCads.
Anybody?
Also, I'm having a problem getting the power cord to mount in the back
of the IIGS case, anybody had any trouble like this before? I think
I'll have to leave the power cord sitting inside the IIGS (yuck) and
wrap it in electrical tape to keep the exposed lead from shorting
anything on the motherboard.
