Many of the emulators were programmed and released
for free because the authors enjoyed the real machines.

I enjoy them too.  I didn't have to pay anything to run
IIe or IIgs software on my PC's.  I use the emulators
daily.  The author's spent time on emulating hardware,
not managing DSK and archive formats.

Lucky for us, Andy seems to enjoy programming
utilities that deal with archives and images.  I wouldn't
want to even look at his code, it doesn't interest me.
What interests me is what it does..

$10 is a small price to pay for the time and effort
Andy put in, and the time and effort it saves an
emulator user.
