Now that I've read Bill's response, I'm not sure if you meant SHK files
with disk images in them or SHK files with files in them.  CiderPress
does both.  One is "Tools -> Disk Image Converter", the other is
"Archive -> Convert to disk image..." when a SHK file archive is open.

Emulator docs usually point to NuLib or NuLib2, which have been around
longer, are free, and run under Linux and Mac OS X.  They're command
line tools, though, and are missing a lot of useful features that
CiderPress has.
