There are a couple for the IIgs.  Applied Engineering made the
RamKeeper and Checkmate Technologies made the MemorySaver.  Both would
keep any card in the memory expansion slot powered up using a wall
wart power supply and a set of batteries in case the line power went
out.  This allowed you to set up a RAM disk that would always be
there.  You could even set it up as your boot device and be in GS/OS
within seconds of turning on your IIgs.
