: Is it possible that us video rom is smaller than the european
: version? At least it seems to me looking at the photo on the
: manual of the enhancement kit.
: Can I fit a US video rom in a PAL Apple IIe?

The US Video ROM, or Character Generator, is 24 pin,
or 4K, where the dual language Video ROMs are 28 pin,
or 8K. I have developed an adapter that will plug in
the US IIe motherboards and allows you to use your
dual language chip in the US board. Send me an email
from a valid return address and I'll send you a pic
of it so you can see it.
Thanks,
