I ran across that auction too. Looking at it closely, it has custom ROM's, 
and a special keyboard circuit add-on. My guess is that this is some type of 
custom setup from a developer. Without actually seeing the setup a little 
better it's hard to tell what those switches do. I'd like to see what's in 
those ROM's.  Maybe lowercase is only one mod. This doesn't appear to be an 
average user hack.
