Since this is off-topic, I will answer short and sweet.

I had participated in AOL in the early days as an ONLINE HOST,
and as a beta-tester of new services, but as they grew and had
to adhere to the higher standards of the IT industry, they felt
that they needed to hire colege grads and pay them, so the job
of the ONLINE HOST fell by the wayside. After that they seemed
to have little or no regard for anything I had to offer, and
I felt little to no regard for them also.

Btw, Giganews isn't bad if you can tolerate some of their little
idiosyncracies. Most posts appear within seconds, some minutes,
but hardly do they take hours or days, and I like that.  :o)
