Thanks, Bill.  I replaced the ones on ground with your uploads.
I haven't tested the new ones (or the old ones).  I do see that the
end-of-line chars are different in the two sets (<CR> only in the old
ones, <CR><LF> in your new ones).  Since PDFs should be text files, I'll
bet I have to translate the <CR> <CR><LF> to unix <LF> only to make either
set work correctly.

If some downloads and has problems, try fussing with the end-of-line
char(s).
