How do I load Teach?

I loaded my Apple IIgs using the software here 
http://www.info.apple.com/support/oldersoftwarelist.html

I then created a 10MB universal harddisk image using Bernie and 
installed the software on here.  This reminds me allot of my LC III 
running 7.1 when I first got it in 1993.   

Okay but I cant open documents because I do not have teach.  How do I 
get it?  

Also my IIgs seems a little sluggish.  How can I fix this?  I'm running 
this on a G3 300 mhz.
