That's all you need to do to turn it into a ROM 1. If you have VGC part #s 344S0046-1 or 344S0046-A it might be a good idea to replace that but it isn't an essential part of the upgrade. Email me at waynes at telus.net and I'll throw the chip in the mail. Wayne
