Specifically, the Appleworks "splash" screen with the credits... ie: the
first screen that belongs to Appleworks after the Prodos startup screen.

This turns out to be correct...

All three files are present, however the configuration does not happen
automatically. There is a system file called MEM.SYSTEM which allows you
to configure either a RAMworks style card or a Slinky card... I set it
to use all but 128K of the RAM card, and now it works perfectly with a
+800K desktop :)
