Weird disk transfer problem

Hi,
I'm having a very weird problem using ADT, although it may not be ADT
related.
I can transfer standard DOS 3.3 disks from my Apple to my PC with no
problems.  But, standard DOS 3.3 disks will not boot when transferred to my
Apple.  This does not apply to Pronto-DOS disks, disks formatted with the
small version of DOS 3.3 from the Apple Assembly Line, or other DOS
versions, just the standard DOS 3.3.  The disks appear to transfer
correctly, and even work properly, except that they are unbootable.  I don't
know what error, if any, is displayed on the screen as I'm a blind person.
Any thoughts?
