Thanks for the suggestion. Last night I swapped the ][+ power supply for a
//e's but unfortunately it didn't work. I tried an old SCSI hardcard in
place of the Ultraterm and the ][+ plus came up fine. Experimenting further,
I put the Ultraterm into a IIgs and set slot 3 to your card. The IIgs
powered up normally but a "pr#3" had no effect on the Ultraterm's output.
Perhaps it needs a special incantation?
Supposedly, there's a jumper or switch on the Ultraterm to set up the board
for ][+ or //e operation but I don't have a clue which one that is. I
wouldn't be surprised if this board is incompatible with the IIgs. Too bad I
don't have a working //e to try it in.
