http://www.digitalcivilization.ca and click on the magazine archives link
in the left frame. Same as last time, this issue is available free. Please
let people know it's available.
BTW, I received a message from Bills account the other day. Apparently
he's back. It sounds as though he is going to start work on the missing
issues immediately. In the meantime let's assume I'll be doing the
November issue to give him time to work on the other issues.
