It's a co-processor card that could be used for a.) cross platform
development, b.) offloading. I can't recall the name of the card that this
is a clone of... but if you check the more geeky magazines (Nibble, not
A+/inCider), around the mid-late '80s, there are ads for the original "brand
name" card.

It's kinda like "The Mill" card except, different processor of course....
can't for the life of me remember the name.

Probably not widely known in the USA is that the Germans cloned a lot of
Apple II gear - it didn't all come from Taiwan, China, Singapore etc.
