I also enjoy finding these gems, but it seems the volume is really
dropping off. It's been a while since I've found one of the larger
Apple II's, such as the IIe. Those tapered off first. Now it's just an
occasional IIgs or IIc.

I saw a complete IIgs at a garage sale a couple of months ago, and the
owner saw me looking it over. It was basic stock, a 1 meg ram card,
nothing more, but it was in mint condition and complete with floppy
drives and RGB monitor. I wasn't going to buy it, since I already have
quite a few IIgs's, but the owner told me to just take it. So I took
it, despite my wife rolling her eyes.  ;-))
