Hi,
 First what are the titles of the 3.5 disks that you are trying to
copy? Most of the 3.5s I believe are the same ones that were on the
5.25 floppies. Copy by Zeb, will deprotect them so they can be backed
up, shrank or moved to another media.
 The ones that were double sided and in prodos, are hard coded. That
is you can not copy all the files to one folder on the hard drive and
have it run properly. Unless you change the code.
