They take Gerber (274X preferred) files for the top and bottom signal layers
and an Excellon NC drill file for the drill data...pretty much the same as
everybody else.  (Some other shops I've deal with in the past also took
EAGLE data files, but even when I was using EAGLE I had it generate Gerber &
Excellon files.)  They don't put solder mask or silkscreening on the board,
but that shouldn't be a problem for a single-sided through-hole design.
