The speed of the running card is determined by the oscillator (32MHz) divided by 4. In your case the the ZipGs is running at 8 MHz. The -7 on the CPU is what it is rated at for reliability. Your ZipGS card is overclocked by a full 1MHz beyond what the CPU is ratesd at.

Don't wporry too much though, you can overclock most chips by a certain percentage and not suffer any ill effects. But if you want to go faster, then you will need to follow the FAQs about what all to replace.
