Sounds good. I had a lot of trouble locating the Rayovac batteries
and eventually gave up. I recently managed to find (on the street) a
cannibalised LC575 mainboard which had a working battery on it so I
used that. I'll keep your alternative battery configuration in mind
if my current battery dies prematurely.
