AppleWin 1.10.4 and AppleWin 1.12 work for me on WindowsXP Home.
Calibration takes about 10 seconds on my machine (1.3GHz Pentium 4). It
only calibrates once.
Kegs32r3 also works (although it's an Apple IIgs emulator you could use it
like a //e).
I've also used Dapple ][ version 0.24 without problems.
