The quick and painless answer is that you should copy the _800K_ Apple disks on an Apple machine. There is (currently) no software solution to writing Apple disk with a PC.
The Catweasel MK3 is hardware solution for all computers with a PCI (or Zorro) slot. It's an advanced disk controller I used to archive Amiga and C64 disks with standard PC 3,5 / 5,25 " drives. I'm not sure if drivers for Apple (II) computers exist. http://www.jschoenfeld.com
