The quick and painless answer is that you should copy
the _800K_ Apple disks on an Apple machine. There is
(currently) no software solution to writing Apple disk with
a PC.
If you are using a newer (non-68K) Mac, then there may
also be issues. Search Google Groups for more information
than you might imagine on this topic.
