Could be a couple of things. Can you boot into DOS and save a small basic program?

I believe there is a problem with your disk drive, try it in slot 6. Also, try your Disk II if you have the controller too.

You should make sure you have a good working INIT'ed diskette in the drive you are trying to save it to.

Sounds like you have a batch of bad disks or a bad drive. Ask around people like Bill Garber sell new disks. I've bought them from
him and they work great.

It's not. It's a disk issue. Best to send the data at 300-N-8-1 but I've done it at 9600 just to see if it can be done but you have
to put delays between characters so what's the point. Try the Disk II out in slot 6 and get back to us.
