Ok, I checked out the ROMs for the UDC cards on your
site, and the VTech ROM is identical to mine. I doubt
that the Laser version UDC ROM would work as the logic
looks very different on that card. I'm thinking that
once I have a proper cable set that it will work as it
is designed to do. What I like about the UDC is that if
there is no disk in the 5.25" drive attached to it, the
control is passed on to the next slot. I would be glad
to pay someone for properly made cables so that I can
use this card, or possibly trade this card for the Laser
UDC. Should I bother to burn a Laser version ROM and try
it, or would that be a waste of time?
