There's an article in the almost-in-your-letterbox-now Juiced.GS that

The latest archives should have been uploaded to the MOSP site ages
ago.
I'm hoping that they'll be there before Juiced.GS makes it to your
letterbox.

Nope. Not complete. I haven't been able to get a PC test environment
setup to see what Windows is doing. This is something that I want to
complete. One day.

However, CHAP has been implemented and is part of 3.0b1.
