Likely not even that.  With no possible way to show they've been "damaged" (in a monetary sense), it wouldn't even be worth paying a
lawyer $20 to send a letter.  Now, if the owner were selling, or willing to sell back issues, or CD's with scans of the back issues,
then they'd have a monetary damage argument.  Not much of that going on though ;->
