I was kind of thinking the same thing ever since all
of the files I try to download or view on Ground is
HTML encoded. How that happened I will never figure
out, and I've suggested the problem to Steve a couple
times since they got that way, but it seems like he
doesn't know or care. Have you noticed that also, Ed?
